These SMS Terms & Conditions explain the text messaging program operated by OSCAR CONTRERAS PA, doing business as Attain Notary Services.

Messages may relate to notary, apostille, loan signing, VIN verification, I-9 verification, translation coordination, remote online notarization, or other requested services.
Messages may include responses to inquiries, estimates, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, service instructions, document or identification reminders, status updates, and customer support communications.
By voluntarily selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting your phone number, you authorize OSCAR CONTRERAS PA, doing business as Attain Notary Services, to send customer care text messages regarding your inquiry or service request.
Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. Consent must be provided through the applicable SMS consent option. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from that messaging program unless you provide consent again.
After opting out, you may rejoin the SMS program by submitting a new service request and voluntarily providing SMS consent again through the applicable website form or other authorized opt-in method.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of your wireless carrier’s network and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
